Focused on Airway, Breathing, Circulation, Disability, and Exposure (ABCDE approach). Control bleeding, secure airway, support breathing.
IV fluids and blood transfusions, oxygen therapy, emergency surgeries if needed (e.g., controlling internal bleeding).
Complete head-to-toe examination, diagnostic imaging to detect hidden injuries.
Surgical interventions (fracture fixation, organ repair), Intensive Care Unit (ICU) management, monitoring and treating complications.
Physical therapy, occupational therapy, psychological support, long-term recovery planning.
